 Samuel D's Restaurant Is A Laboratory For Students; It Is Not A Food-Service Facility.
  

 Catering Functions Can Interfere With Scheduled Classes and Laboratories.
  

The HRTM Department At Present Has Not Made Arrangements For Non-Student Caterers To Reimburse The Student Laboratory For Cleaning, Maintenance, Equipment Repair, And Depreciation.
